I have nothing positive to say about my experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The lack of customer service was appalling. the hotel was not cooperative at all and it felt like my concerns were ignored.

During my recent city break, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern the hotel was. The staff was friendly and helpful while checking me in, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered each morning.

I did have one issue with my stay that was unfortunate. The hotel's location seemed to have changed since the last time I had visited, and I ended up having some confusion finding the new location.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with quick access to local markets and eateries. the room was spacious and clean, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was well-maintained with good water pressure. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, providing prompt service at all times.

The hotel lacks adequate soundproofing, leading to disturbances from outside noise.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impressive. We also appreciated the availability of parking and transportation services. The location was great, as it provided easy access to many attractions in this city. Furthermore, the staff were amazing and very accommodating. They were always friendly and ready to assist us. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a perfect start to our day.

Can’t fault the property in any way.
